About Us
Chantal Peralta
Chantal has been working in the property and real estate business since 2002. She started working for Kristina Szekely, forming part of her new sales office in Sotogrande and then moved to work for the owners of Sotogrande and main developers in the area, Sotogrande SA as part of their small and exclusive sales team. Originally from Gibraltar she has spent holidays and weekends in Sotogrande since she was a young girl and she comes from a property development family background. She has a lifelong passion for the area and is highly dedicated to helping clients find their ideal property and potential investments.
Patricia Darch
Patricia has been living in Spain, for 45 years and during her time in Marbella owned, together with her family, a company specialising in real estate, building promotions and the travel business. She followed her polo mad husband Raymond to Sotogrande, a move which allowed her to indulge her lifetime passion for interior design and to dedicate in excess of 30 years to the world of furnishings and fabrics. By opening showrooms in Torreguadiaro, Sotogrande Marina and Gibraltar, Patricia brought her special brand and talent into many projects along the coast and internationally. Patricia is delighted to be joining the Property Specialists family, adding an NEW dimension to this exciting new venture IN THE WORLD OF PROPERTY IN SOTOGRANDE
Nicholas Darch
Having spent most of his life in Spain, Nick has been involved with the development of Patricia Darch Interiors for more than 20 years both in Spain, Gibraltar and internationally. His strengths are in IT, renovation, installation and project design including private homes and the commercial division. Enjoying great success in these areas has motivated him to form Property Specialists S.L
