Resting on the rolling hills of Sotogrande Alto, with views of the Almenara Golf course, lies this beautiful classic villa. The villa itself has plenty of character and attention to detail. Its high beamed ceilings, spacious rooms and large windows creates the perfect setting for family holiday. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen/diner, which is fitted with all the necessary items one would need during their stay. Beyond this room is the large living-room area. This room enjoys floor-to-ceiling windows on each side, with views overlooking both the terrace and the courtyard. These large windows allow an abundant amount of light into the room, as well as provide a spacious feel. The courtyard features a barbecue area and a dining table, which is ideal for alfresco dining and entertaining. The covered terrace features a large outdoor curved sofa, creating a cosy environment, while enjoying the view.

There are four bedrooms located on the ground floor, all completed with their own en-suite bathrooms and fitted wardrobes. Of these four bedrooms, there are two twin rooms and one double room, all with their own unique style and character.

The master bedroom is also located on the ground floor. It features a double bed, a dressing table and gorgeous views of the pool and gardens. Its en-suite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower and two basins.

On the second floor, there is another master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a Jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower and two basins. The bedroom itself has a small sofa, a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. It has two small romantic styled balconies that overlook the garden. Due to its positioning within the house this bedroom is more secluded and private – ideal for guests.

Outside, the gardens are beautifully manicured, lined with both orange trees and palm trees. A bougainvillea covered passage gives way to the heated swimming pool, which has views that look out towards the Almenara Golf course. Four sunbeds and a hammock chair surround this great sized pool, with its own diving board.

In addition, the pool has a gate entrance, which is perfect for families with young children. The front of the garden gives way to the entrance, featuring an electric gate, two covered car ports and a charming fountain.

The house also features radiators, hot and cold AC, a guest WC, a Wii-system, a piano, ping-pong table, pool table and three adult sized mountain bikes, therefore ensuring that everyone will truly enjoy their stay. Ultimately, this spacious villa is the perfect family holiday home.
